Speirs Finance Group's first team volunteering day was the starting point for something more deliberate. A structured employee volunteering practice, embedded across the business, now puts the social pillar of ESG into action rather than aspiration. The work built a documented community engagement programme, strengthened internal culture, and gave the leadership team a tangible, repeatable way to demonstrate their values to staff and stakeholders alike.

A two-person training business with a real record of doing good, and none of it written down. We started with the evidence: a short foundations session, a measurement starter kit, and a sustainable-AI story built on sourced figures, sized for two directors and a couple of hours a month.
